Andy works in a support capacity at Shift on a range of projects using qualitative and quantitative methods. He is involved in recruitment, interviewing, coding and data processing and has worked on projects for the University of Southampton, Kogan Page and King’s College London.
Andy recently completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire. His final research project centred around exploring executive functioning and its relationship with paranormal beliefs. Throughout his academic journey, he employed a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, developing an interest in social, user and market research. Prior to joining Shift, Andy worked in healthcare as a support worker.
