Daisy joined Shift Insight after completing her PhD research in Environmental and Social Science at the University of Kent. Trained in qualitative and quantitative research methods and experienced in policy analysis, Daisy enjoys designing, planning, and conducting research projects within the environmental, education, health and social care, and retail sectors.
She is experienced in managing and engaging stakeholders from diverse background and cultures. Her previous work saw her representing civil society organisation and engaging with policy makers, academics and governments on Climate Emergency issues at various environmental organisations including the United Nations COP22 and COP26.
In her role as Research Executive at Shift, Daisy’s responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, in-depth interviews, data analysis and reporting, managing small research projects and project managing elements of our larger projects across all our specialisms, but with a particular emphasis on projects around sustainability. She has worked on projects for a range of Shift clients, including British Council, The LEGO Group and Birmingham Council.
