As lead quantitative researcher, Elsie manages a range of complex projects from beginning to end. She has conducted research exploring customer satisfaction, brand tracking, pricing and efficacy, amongst other areas. Her clients include the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Wellcome, Imperial College London, LEGO, LSE and Cambridge University Press.
She’s experienced in the use of advanced statistical techniques such as conjoint, MaxDiff and segmentation. She is highly proficient in Snap Surveys and Q Research software, which has allowed her creative control of eSurvey development and analysis.
Elsie’s strong analytical and writing skills also extend to qualitative research projects. She is a confident presenter, having done so at board level.
Elsie joined Shift with a First-class degree in Sociology. She has a keen interest in behavioural economics and data visualisation. Elsie has completed the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research and she is an MRS certified member.
