Isadora works in a support capacity at Shift on a range of projects using qualitative and quantitative methods. She is involved in recruitment, interviewing, coding and administration and has worked on projects for the Office for Students, Internet Matters and JTL CompEx.
Isadora recently graduated from Cambridge with a degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences and came to specialise in Sociology. In this time, she utilised desk research methods and literature reviews to pursue her interests in the relationships between media, culture and society. Isadora is continuing to pursue this interest at Shift with an eye to social sustainability.
