Jenny’s role as Associate Director involves working in close collaboration with clients to create research projects that answer questions around new product feasibility and programme concepts, stakeholder motivations, and market sizing and competitor activity. Adept at managing multi-modal research projects, she has extensive experience analysing both qualitative and quantitative data sets, and delivering practical, evidence-based outcomes to clients.
Before joining Shift Insight, Jenny worked independently as a consultant for a variety of educational publishers on long-term projects involving market research, list management and the commissioning and development of print and electronic products. Jenny specialises in the vocational, professional and HE sectors and her clients included Cengage Learning, Hodder Education and Oxford University Press.
Jenny is a certified member of the Market Research Society. She completed the Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research in 2014.
