Jessie is a project manager at Shift with experience of running large-scale mixed-methods projects for educational clients such as The Science Council, London Business School, Nature Research and the Institute of Physics. Jessie has experience in survey design, coding and analysing both quantitative and qualitative data. She is also highly experienced with in-depth interviewing and focus group moderation at a range of levels. Jessie also works across a number of our sustainability clients including the LEGO Group, Take Action Global and Earth Day.
Jessie joined Shift in 2022, having previously worked for global qualitative and quantitative research companies. Through her qualitative work in the legal sector, she gained experience of in-depth interviewing with senior legal practitioners in the UK and internationally. Following this, she worked in quantitative research, where she designed surveys for bespoke audiences working with clients across the private, public and third sectors. Jessie graduated from the University of Sheffield with a first-class degree in philosophy. During her studies, she was particularly interested in political philosophy and pre-Socratic philosophy.
