Lisa is experienced in consumer, branding, employer and education research. She is building her portfolio at Shift, while clients she’s worked with in the past include universities (e.g. Canadian University Dubai, Alliance Manchester Business school), charities and non-profits (e.g. Jisc, The Royal British Legion), and government institutions (e.g. The Ministry of Justice), as well as iconic international brands such as GSK, Pfizer, Mars and IKEA.
She is a mixed-method researcher and well versed in qualitative techniques such as online communities, focus groups, interviews or mystery shopping, as well as survey scripting and analysis. Lisa is also pushing thought leadership and in her previous role created “Life Interrupted”, an ongoing research and marketing series about education in the times of Corona. Lisa has a First-class degree in media and communication and completed the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research.
Most importantly though, she is passionate about all things sustainability, which is why she started volunteering for environmental NGOs, and completed various classes on sustainability related topics – for example, a module of an Environmental Communication and Management Master’s.
Her dream: Using the power of insight and communication to shift hearts and minds and turn sustainAbility into sustainReality.
