As Head of Methods, Matthew takes the lead in searching out new and innovative ways for us to find out what our respondents are really thinking. He has written and delivered a range of in-house training, with his Qualitative Interviewing programme gaining accreditation from the Market Research Society.
He is one of our qualitative specialists, overseeing projects from recruitment to fieldwork and analysis, working closely with resulting data to ensure that reporting tells a clear story and provides actionable recommendations for clients.
He closely manages project recruitment and fieldwork, with strong experience of sourcing and interviewing key stakeholders across the globe, ensuring projects work from strong data sets in order to give relevant results. His clients span the education, publishing and medical sectors, with key names including University of the Arts London, Oxford University Press, LEGO Education, the European Society of Cardiology, Taylor & Francis, Pearson, Jisc and the British Council.
