Natalie works in a support capacity at Shift on a variety of projects, using both qualitative and quantitative methods. She is currently involved in recruitment, interviewing, and desk research.
Natalie recently graduated from the University of Sussex with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Prior to this, she completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Bristol. Both of her dissertations explored the impact of biological factors on working memory, using quantitative statistical analysis on primary and secondary data.
