Tave works in a supportive capacity on a range of projects, using both qualitative and quantitative methods. She assists projects at every stage of the research process, from recruitment to reporting. This includes conducting in-depth interviews and analysis on the qualitative side, and building surveys and using Q software to interpret results.
Tave has a keen interest in both education and sustainability, and has particularly pursued the former because she enjoys developing a deeper understanding of the sector and exploring new challenges. She has worked on a number of projects within education, including for: the Office for Students, QAA, the Royal Society of Chemistry, Oxford University Press and the Open University. She has also supported on a number of sustainability projects, broadening her expertise and developing her skill set. She applies her analytical abilities to her work in these areas with passion and enthusiasm.
Before joining Shift, Tave achieved her degree from Durham University in Ancient, Medieval and Modern History and worked in administration for a sustainable fashion company.
