  • Reporting and presentation

Part of Shift Insight’s Senior Leadership Team, Rebecca supervises several of the qualitative projects run by the company, to ensure that high standards are always maintained, alongside encouraging other members of staff in their career journeys as researchers.

With nearly a decade’s research experience, she works closely with clients to design and deliver truly bespoke projects to meet their needs. Amongst these clients are The LEGO Group, Oxford University Press, UAL: London College of Fashion and the Association for Project Management.

A specialist in qualitative research, Rebecca moderates many of our focus groups, and runs engaging and useful workshops for our clients. These workshops are designed to explore the results of the research projects with clients, helping them to take the findings and put the research into action. In addition, she’s excited about the range of methodologies introduced over the past few years, seeing a greater emphasis on how a range of digital tools can elicit exciting and captivating feedback from respondents.

Her previous work as editor of Puffin Post Magazine, and teacher of English and Drama means that she excels within the research we carry out with children. Rebecca takes responsibility for the development of child-friendly research scripts and discussion guides, as well as leading paired interviews and group work with young people.

In addition to working on sustainability projects for our clients – exploring issues and solutions with several different audiences, from kids to industry professionals, Rebecca is also interested in the fashion side of sustainability, attending talks and completing courses outside of the work environment.

In addition to her University of London degree, she holds a PGCE from Queens’ College, University of Cambridge, the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research and has most recently received her Level 7 Diploma in Professional Consulting from the Chartered Management Institute.
