As an Associate Director, Rebecca is responsible for the delivery of high-quality qualitative research – working closely with clients to create and deliver truly bespoke research projects to meet their needs. Amongst these clients are LEGO Education, Oxford University Press and the Association for Project Management.
Rebecca is a highly experienced focus group and workshop moderator, in addition to a high-level interviewer. She is responsible for line managing Research Assistants – working with the team to ensure that a training programme is in place and that new starters feel supported at Shift.
In addition to working on sustainability projects for our clients – exploring issues and solutions with several different audiences, including kids – Rebecca is also interested in the fashion side of sustainability, attending talks and completing courses outside of the work environment.
Prior to joining Shift Insight, Rebecca worked as the editor of both Puffin Post literary magazine for children, and Puffin Book Club – before which she taught English and Drama.
In addition to her University of London degree, she holds a PGCE from Queens’ College, University of Cambridge and the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research.
